We help IT humans.

READ OUR STORY

As we said earlier, we are a bit... different.

We started as an IT startup. We needed an office. We didn't find one. Long story short, now we make coworking spaces for amazing IT humans. Cool, huh? We design 300 kg desks and get to see how teams build their businesses on them. Oh!, we also get to explore abandoned buildings, walk around barefoot and connect with remarkable people.

Basically... we are having fun.

Our mission.

To help IT humans and teams grow in a productive environment.

We created Puzl CowOrKing to help IT humans and teams make better products and services. How? By giving them a gorgeous place to work from and a supportive community of like-minded people to share the journey with.

As a company, we measure our success by how well we achieve that mission. It is the achievements of our members and the impact that the environment has on their growth that defines the added value of our business model – not financial ratios.

This is also reflected in the way our Puzl CowOrKing spaces are made. They are not built like common offices. Instead, we design them as community environments which foster efficiency, collaboration, and creativity, both within companies and individuals.

Since we opened on October 27, 2015, 1000 humans have joined our community, more than 650 IT events have been hosted, and an unknown amount of beers has been consumed.

Our story.

It involves an ex-sewing factory and some IT humans who thought that making a coworking would be relatively easy.

We started out as an online platform for small and medium businesses many years ago. In early 2015, our team was rapidly growing and we were in desperate need of a bigger office.

Our founders, spent months looking for a space which could cater to our growth and yet be beautiful, functional and affordable. We visited office buildings, apartments, coworking spaces, basements, rooftops. Nothing could serve our needs. Some spaces were too small, others were too dark, some were too distant. We were already feeling hopeless, until one day... *a dramatic pause*

We found an abandoned floor in an old sewing factory. It was semi-destroyed, disgustingly dirty and super dusty. But we loved it! So much that we spent the next 6 months working 24/7 to turn it into a cozy industrial-style office for us and other fellow startups.

The first ones, who joined us in October, were so eager to start, that they even assembled their own desks and chairs (shoutout to Metrilo!). Many more came after them telling us that we had cracked the coworking code. Thus, we decided to focus all our efforts on it.

What About You?
An Anonymous Genius Waiting To Be Recruited

Why us?

A bunch of friends who like having fun, while doing stuff together.

We are an independent company with no managers, but equally shared responsibilities across all team members. Experience, talent, motivation, hard work and cultural fit are key qualities shared by all of us.

We love our community and are thankful that our passion meets us with amazing people every day. We build relationships with honesty and integrity because we value people more than financial ratios.

We are part of the very community we're building. Equally responsible and treated just like everybody else. We don't get special benefits. We play by the same rules and we do our best for the whole.

We don't buy pretentious words and fancy titles. We know that it's popular to "fake it until you make it", but in a world full of vanity, we prefer to stay grounded and not take ourselves too seriously.

Our values.

We stand by our word and do what feels right for the community.

Genuineness

We are honest and authentic which helps us build meaningful relationships. We are not afraid of being different and we stay true to our vision, mission, and community.

Community

There is nothing else we value more than people. We invest in our relationships with our colleagues, coworkers, partners, and investors, and we do everything we can to support them.

Determination

There is no "try" here. We either do something right or we don't do it at all. We are entrepreneurs and we're restless until we achieve our goals.

Craftsmanship

We don't like to hear that something can be "good enough". We work around the clock to deliver EXCEPTIONAL QUALITY that we feel proud of. Period.

Passion

Oh, boy! Do we have passion! We go to bed and wake up with the thought of helping IT humans work better, live better, and achieve more. That's what drives us to constantly exceed people's expectations.
